42 Value Lessons

My book Comfortably Insane, provides 42VALUABLE lessons that are the making from my own blood, sweat and tears. This is my story of alcoholism. I drank myself out of military school. I drank myself out of relationships. I drank myself into insanity. Each time falling deeper and deeper into a mental abyss and skewed perspective. I always believed it was not my fault, and that I was not powerless against alcohol. I was, IN CONTROL! I did give sanity a shot. I really did. For eight years I played the part of the perfect husband, perfect employee, and perfect church-goer. But it just didn’t seem normal. Sanity didn’t suit me. So, I fell back into the comfortable arms of insanity and stayed there for 10 years drinking my life away. It wasn’t until I hit rock bottom that I saw the insanity for what it was – a hiding place. It took me 10 more years to come out of that hiding place and into the light.

I share that story with you with much love and beleif that if you are needing to improve or change your life that this book will help assist you in that change.

Thus book has power. It is real and really helpful. I've worked with and been friends with several people in the thores of alcoholism. It helps me understand them, but there are also relevant helps for me!
